澳大利亚启动今年海上石油勘探区块出售招标分散设备

中国石化新闻网讯据普氏能源资讯8月13日悉尼报道，澳大利亚周四（11日）启动了2016年海上勘探区块出售招标，此轮招标涉及的5个盆地28个区块位于阿什莫尔领地和卡地亚群岛以及西澳大利亚州海上的联邦水域。

此次由资源和北澳大利亚州事务部长、参议员马修?卡纳万领导的招标涉及的25个区块将作为作业方案投标对外提供，另外3个区块将作为现金投标提供。

勘探区块分别位于波拿巴盆地、Browse盆地、海上坎宁盆地、罗巴克盆地和北卡那封盆地。

根据澳大利亚工业、创新和科学部，现金投标资格预审时间为10月20日。首轮作业方案投标时间为12月8日。现金投标拍卖（仅限通过资格预审的公司参加）的时间为明年2月2日。第二轮作业方案投标的时间为明年3月23日。

Australia launched Thursday the 2016 Offshore Petroleum Exploration Acreage Release covering 28 areas across 5 basins in Commonwealth waters offshore the Territory of Ashmore and Cartier Islands and Western Australia.

The launch, conducted by Senator Mat炮塔铣床thew Canavan, the Minister for Resources男裤 and Northern Australia, covers 25 areas offered for work program bidding and 3 areas for cash bidding. The exploration blocks are located in the Bonaparte Basin, Browse Basin, Offshore Canning Basin, Roebuck Basin and Northern Carnarvon Basin.
